My extensive background in supporting women with somatic movement and yoga thearpy, mindfulness and coaching, have alllowed me to support women with concerns like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help you develop effective coping strategies that promote long-term emotional well-being.
