What are the first steps

In our counselling sessions, you’ll find a safe, welcoming environment where we’ll explore your unique needs and experiences. Sessions are available online or in person, at a time to suit you.

When we begin our sessions, we start with an open dialogue to understand your concerns and aspirations. This conversation informs our approach, focusing on areas and types of therapeutic interventions that would be most beneficial for you.

What appproach do you take to therapy?

Using an integrative approach, I draw from a range of Psychotherapy modalities. We explore your thoughts and feelings, using a variety of methodologies and practices. We’ll create a unique holistic healing journey for you to follow

In-person and Online Sessions

Online essions are conducted via our HIPPA compliant telemedicine system, ensuring a secure and confidential video call environment.

In-person sessions are held at either the Raffles Place or Oasis Counselling Perspetive practice.

Scheduling and payment

Online Sessions

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. If the available times do not suit your schedule, please do get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

In-Person Sessions

These should be booked via Counselling Perspective for our Raffles Place or Oasis Science Park offices.

24 hours notice is requested to cancel or reschedule your appointment or full payment will be due.
